Psalm 143.10 (6/9)

You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.O God, you are my God, I seek you, my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.
Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; I will lift up my hands and call on your name.
For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver. For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried.
I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.I cried aloud to him, and he was extolled with my tongue.
May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.May God continue to bless us; let all the ends of the earth revere him.
Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him—his name is the Lord. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides upon the clouds — his name is the Lord— be exultant before him. Father of orphans and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.
God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.God gives the desolate a home to live in; he leads out the prisoners to prosperity, but the rebellious live in a parched land.
Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation. Selah
My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.My mouth is filled with your praise, and with your glory all day long.
My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you— I whom you have delivered. My lips will shout for joy when I sing praises to you; my soul also, which you have rescued.
Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you.Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire other than you.
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
Help us, God our Savior, for the glory of your name; deliver us and forgive our sins for your name’s sake.Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of your name; deliver us, and forgive our sins, for your name's sake.
Restore us, Lord God Almighty; make your face shine on us, that we may be saved.Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; let your face shine, that we may be saved.
Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.Give justice to the weak and the orphan; maintain the right of the lowly and the destitute.
Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere; I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked. For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than live in the tents of wickedness.
You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you.For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call on you.
Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart to revere your name.
Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever you had formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.
A thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night. For a thousand years in your sight are like yesterday when it is past, or like a watch in the night.
Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. So teach us to count our days that we may gain a wise heart.
May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands.Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and prosper for us the work of our hands— O prosper the work of our hands!
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”You who live in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty, will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.
When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love, Lord, supported me.When I thought, “My foot is slipping,” your steadfast love, O Lord, held me up.
