Bible Verses about 'Rules'

  • The rich rules over the poor,
    And the borrower is servant to the lender.
  • He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty,
    And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.
  • I have chosen the way of truth;
    Your judgments I have laid before me.
  • I will praise You with uprightness of heart,
    When I learn Your righteous judgments.
  • The entirety of Your word is truth,
    And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.
  • I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
  • We have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments.
  • I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them; hallow My Sabbaths, and they will be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.
  • So that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
  • And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn.
  • So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.
  • In that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess.
