You will not add to what I command you, nor will you take away from it, so that you might observe the commandments of the Lord, your God, that I am giving you.You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you.

It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful.
The Lord is good, an unfailing refuge in a time of distress. He takes care of those who place their trust in him.The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.
I love the Lord because he has heard my voice and listened to my cry for mercy, because he has inclined his ear to me on the day when I called out to him.I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy. This is the commandment we have received from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.

Therefore, put on the armor of God, so that you will be able to hold fast on the evil day and to hold your ground with all your strength.Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
