Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will. | Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will. |
The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers. | But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. |

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. | Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. |

Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. And behold, there was a woman who had had a disabling spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not fully straighten herself. When Jesus saw her, he called her over and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your disability.” And he laid his hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and she glorified God. But the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, said to the people, “There are six days in which work ought to be done. Come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day.” Then the Lord answered him, “You hypocrites! Does not each of you on the Sabbath untie his ox or his donkey from the manger and lead it away to water it? And ought not this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day?” As he said these things, all his adversaries were put to shame, and all the people rejoiced at all the glorious things that were done by him. | Now He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up. But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.” And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. But the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath; and he said to the crowd, “There are six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and not on the Sabbath day.” The Lord then answered him and said, “Hypocrite! Does not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or donkey from the stall, and lead it away to water it? So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound—think of it—for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?” And when He said these things, all His adversaries were put to shame; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by Him. |
He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? | He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? |
These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. | But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. |
Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. | And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. |
