Bible Verses about 'Troubles'

In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; he saved me from all my troubles. This wretched man cried out, and the Lord heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles.
The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears And rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time. The afflictions of the righteous are many, But the Lord rescues him from them all.
For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! For our momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison.
Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! However, it was our sicknesses that He Himself bore, And our pains that He carried; Yet we ourselves assumed that He had been afflicted, Struck down by God, and humiliated.
That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. Therefore I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in distresses, in persecutions, in difficulties, in behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong.
All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.Rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer.
So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
So refuse to worry, and keep your body healthy. But remember that youth, with a whole life before you, is meaningless. So remove sorrow from your heart and keep pain away from your body, because childhood and the prime of life are fleeting.
Never abandon a friend— either yours or your father’s. When disaster strikes, you won’t have to ask your brother for assistance. It’s better to go to a neighbor than to a brother who lives far away.Do not abandon your friend or your father’s friend, And do not go to your brother’s house on the day of your disaster; Better is a neighbor who is near than a brother far away.
