I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.Live by the Spirit, I say, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh.

Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.Stay awake and pray that you may not come into the time of trial; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything, and remind you of all that I have said to you.
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to worship the living God!

Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry.Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness, where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing at all during those days, and when they were over, he was famished.
