Exalted at God’s right hand, he received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear. But I have had help from God to this very day, and I stand here and testify to both the lowly and the great. If you, then, despite your evil nature, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! As a result, you are no longer strangers and foreigners. Rather, you are fellow citizens of the saints and members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone. Ever since the creation of the world the invisible attributes of God’s eternal power and divine nature have been clearly understood and perceived through the things he has made. However, the one who looks intently at the perfect law of freedom and perseveres—not forgetting what he has heard but putting it into practice—will be blessed in everything he does. Since in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor lack of circumcision is worth anything. All that matters is faith expressing itself through love. All I want is to come to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and to share in his sufferings by becoming conformed to his death. In the netherworld, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham, far off, and Lazarus by his side. And he called out, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me. The Lord does not delay in keeping his promise, as some think in terms of delay, but he is patient with you. It is not his wish that any should perish but rather that all should be brought to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9	The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. Therefore, now that we have been justified by faith, we are at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 5:1	Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. faith righteousness peace

Speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves, and defend the rights of the destitute. Proverbs 31:8	Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed. speaking weakness
I want their hearts to be encouraged and united in love so that they may grow rich in their complete understanding as they come to the knowledge of the mystery of God, that is, Christ. Colossians 2:2	I want them to be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have complete confidence that they understand God’s mysterious plan, which is Christ himself. An honorable name is more to be desired than great riches, and high esteem is preferable to silver and gold. Proverbs 22:1	Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold. money materialism relationships
I do not say this because I have been in need, for I have learned to be content with whatever I have. Philippians 4:11	Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. trust dependence contentment
Enriched in every way, you will be able to practice all your acts of generosity, which, through our intervention, will result in thanksgiving to God. 2 Corinthians 9:11	Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. But now the righteousness of God that is attested by the Law and the Prophets has been manifested apart from law: the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. No distinction has been made. Romans 3:21-22	But now God has shown us a way to be made right with him without keeping the requirements of the law, as was promised in the writings of Moses and the prophets long ago. We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are. faith law righteousness

But God is rich in his mercy, and because he had such great love for us, he brought us to life with Christ when we were already dead through sin—it is by grace that you have been saved.

But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!)
