Fill me with joy (4/4)

The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all.The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen.
Even though I wander through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are at my side, with your rod and your staff that comfort me.Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
In view of all this, you should make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with endurance, and endurance with piety, and piety with mutual affection, and mutual affection with love. For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.
And ‘to love him with all your heart, and with all your understanding, and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself,’ is worth more than any burnt offerings and sacrifices. And to love him with all the heart and with all the understanding and with all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as oneself, is much more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but he who mingles with fools will suffer harm.Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.
Do you suppose that I cannot appeal to my Father for help and he will not immediately send me more than twelve legions of angels?Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
Have mercy on me, O God, in accord with your kindness; in your abundant compassion wipe away my offenses. Wash me completely from my guilt, and cleanse me from my sin.Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin!
Guide my steps in accord with your word and never let evil triumph over me.Keep steady my steps according to your promise, and let no iniquity get dominion over me.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
Then he said to all who were with him, “Anyone who wishes to follow me must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me.”And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”
Do not be conquered by evil, but conquer evil with good.Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
He replied, “What is impossible for men is possible for God.”But he said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”
Jesus looked at them and said, “For men it is impossible, but not for God. For God all things are possible.”Jesus looked at them and said, “With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.”
The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will permit you to find him, but if you abandon him, he will abandon you.The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.
Oh, that they would have fear of me in their hearts and they would observe all of my commandments always. Then things would go well with them and their children forever.Oh that they had such a heart as this always, to fear me and to keep all my commandments, that it might go well with them and with their descendants forever!
For one believes in the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
The precepts of the Lord are right, causing the heart to rejoice. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving light to the eyes. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.
If you refrain from traveling on the Sabbath and from engaging in your own interests on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a day of joy and regard the Lord’s holy day as honorable, if you honor it by not going your own way, serving your own interests, or attending to your own affairs; then you will find true happiness in the Lord, and I will enable you to ride upon the heights of the earth. I will nourish you with the heritage of your father Jacob, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken. If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly; then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.
But I will sing of your strength; when morning dawns, I will proclaim your kindness. For you have been my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress.
One who is covetous will never be satisfied with money, nor will the lover of wealth be content with gain. This too is vanity. He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves wealth with his income; this also is vanity.
I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he set me free from all my fears.I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.
For I will provide the weary with all they need, and I will restore the strength of all those who have grown faint with hunger. For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a resolute spirit within me.Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
It is better to have a little and fear the Lord than to possess immense wealth and suffer anguish.Better is a little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble with it.
