| This saying can be trusted: If we have died with him, we shall also live with him. | It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him. |

| Rejoice with all your heart, O daughter Zion. Shout for joy, O daughter Jerusalem. See, your king is coming to you, triumphant and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. | Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass. |

| During the day the Lord grants his kindness, and at night his praise is with me, a prayer to the living God. | Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the day time, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. |

| Let the word of Christ with all its richness dwell in you. | Therefore, we can say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?” | So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. |
