Fill me with joy (3/4)

Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
This saying can be trusted: If we have died with him, we shall also live with him.Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him.
Rejoice with all your heart, O daughter Zion. Shout for joy, O daughter Jerusalem. See, your king is coming to you, triumphant and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout, Daughter Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Father, allow those you have given me to be with me where I am, so that they may behold my glory, which you have bestowed on me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.

Truly, you bless the righteous, O Lord; you surround them with your goodwill as with a shield.Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.
I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The one on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest is the one who is to baptize with the Holy Spirit.’And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’
But for you who fear my name the sun of justice will arise with its healing rays. You will emerge leaping like calves released from the stall.But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.
Behold, I am standing at the door, knocking. If one of you hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with that person and that person with me.Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
May the Lord, our God, be with us, just as he was with our fathers; may he not leave us or abandon us.May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us nor forsake us.
“Peace be with you,” Jesus said to them again. “As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
Jesus then said, “I will remain with you only for a short time longer, and then I shall return to him who sent me.”Jesus said, “I am with you for only a short time, and then I am going to the one who sent me.”
Behold, I am coming soon, and I will bring with me my reward to repay everyone as his deeds deserve.Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done.
I have made a covenant with my eyes not to look with desire upon a virgin.I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a young woman.
Do the things that you have learned, received, and heard from me and that you saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

I baptize you with water for repentance, but the one who is coming after me is more powerful than I am. I am not worthy to carry his sandals. During the day the Lord grants his kindness, and at night his praise is with me, a prayer to the living God.By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me— a prayer to the God of my life.
It is better to have little and be righteous than to acquire great riches with injustice.Better a little with righteousness than much gain with injustice.
Let the word of Christ with all its richness dwell in you. Teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God with gratitude in your hearts.Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.
All of these were constantly engaged in prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.
Therefore, we can say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?”So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?”

The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all.The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.
