Fully rely on God (2/4)

Indeed, “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
On one Sabbath as Jesus was teaching in the synagogue, a woman was present, possessed by a spirit that had crippled her for eighteen years. She was bent over and completely unable to stand up straight. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.” Then he laid his hands on her, and immediately she stood up straight and began praising God. But the leader of the synagogue was indignant because Jesus had effected a cure on the Sabbath, and he said to the assembled people, “There are six days when work is permitted. Come on those days and be cured, and not on the Sabbath.” The Lord said to him in reply, “You hypocrites! Is there a single one of you who does not untie his ox or his donkey and lead it from its stall to give it water on the Sabbath? Should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has held bound for eighteen long years, be set free from this bondage on the Sabbath?” At these words, all his adversaries were put to shame, and the people rejoiced at all the wonderful things he was doing. Now He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up. But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.” And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. But the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath; and he said to the crowd, “There are six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and not on the Sabbath day.” The Lord then answered him and said, “Hypocrite! Does not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or donkey from the stall, and lead it away to water it? So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound—think of it—for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?” And when He said these things, all His adversaries were put to shame; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by Him.
Be still and acknowledge that I am God, exalted among the nations, exalted on the earth.Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!
God abides in anyone who acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, and that person abides in God.Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.
As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit descended upon them just as it had upon us at the beginning. And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning.
God blessed the seventh day and he consecrated it, for on it he rested from all the work he had done when he created all things. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.
Because of this, God greatly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above all other names, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and on earth and under the earth. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
Then it will come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.
In love there is no fear; indeed, perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not yet achieved perfection in love. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
The Lord God is my strength; he makes my feet as swift as those of a deer and enables me to tread on the heights. The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills.
Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares about you.Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.
Those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
The Lord is near to all who call out to him, to all who call out to him sincerely. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.
Indeed, who is God except the Lord? Who is the Rock besides our God?For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?
As for me, I do not regard my life as of any value, only that I finish the race and complete the mission that I received from the Lord Jesus—to bear witness to the gospel of God’s grace. But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
For who is God except the Lord? Who is a rock aside from our God?For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?
How much more valuable a man is than a sheep! Therefore, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.
Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, stand firm and immovable, devoting yourselves completely to the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
And now, what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized, and have your sins washed away, calling on his name. And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
A word is not even on my tongue and you, O Lord, are completely aware of it.For there is not a word on my tongue, But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.
Over all these put on love, which is the bond of perfection. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

Jesus then said to her, “Do not hold on to me, because I have not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brethren and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’ ”Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ”

You did not choose me.
Rather, I chose you.
And I appointed you
to go out and bear fruit,
fruit that will remain,
so that the Father may give you
whatever you ask him in my name.
