When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites do—blowing trumpets in the synagogues and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth, they have received all the reward they will ever get. The Lord is more pleased when we do what is right and just than when we offer him sacrifices. Proverbs 21:3	To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. honesty righteousness sacrifice
If we live, it’s to honor the Lord. And if we die, it’s to honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. Romans 14:8	For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's. death life
