| He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. | He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God, for God is love. |
| Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. | Love doesn’t harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law. |
