| How great is your goodness, O Lord, which you have stored up for those who fear you and which you bestow on those who take refuge in you, in the presence of all the people. | Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men! |

| I intend to prove the holiness of my great name which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. | All this knowledge comes from the Lord of hosts whose counsel is wonderful and whose wisdom is great. | This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working. |

For the power of the wicked will be overcome, but the Lord protects the righteous. | A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord upholdeth the righteous. |
| When my anxious thoughts multiplied, your comfort filled my soul with joy. | In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul. |
| To these God chose to make known how rich is the priceless glory that this mystery brings to the Gentiles—Christ in you, your hope of glory. | To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. |
| I rejoice in following your statutes more than I would rejoice in endless riches. | I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. |
| Righteousness is a sign of a nation’s greatness, but sin degrades any people. | Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. |
| Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. | Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. |
| See what love the Father has bestowed on us, enabling us to be called the children of God, and that is what we are. If the world does not recognize us, that is because it did not know him. | Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. |
| Rend your hearts and not your garments, and turn back to the Lord, your God. | By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples. | Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. |
| Alleluia. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his precepts. | Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments. |
| Fear not, little flock, for your Father has chosen to give you the kingdom. | Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. |
