Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that weighs us down and the sins that so easily distract us and with perseverance run the race that lies ahead of us.
Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!How great is your goodness, O Lord, which you have stored up for those who fear you and which you bestow on those who take refuge in you, in the presence of all the people.
“And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord,” says the Lord God, “when I am hallowed in you before their eyes.”I intend to prove the holiness of my great name which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. Thus, the nations will know that I am the Lord, says the Lord God, when through you I will display my holiness in their sight.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, In judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress.But the Almighty we cannot find; he is unequaled in power and judgment, and in his righteousness he will not violate justice.
Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.May the God of peace—who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant— make you perfect in every respect so that you may do his will. And may he enable us to achieve what is pleasing to him through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come— that the Christ would suffer, that He would be the first to rise from the dead, and would proclaim light to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.But I have had help from God to this very day, and I stand here and testify to both the lowly and the great. The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice, And he who begets a wise child will delight in him.The father of a good man will rejoice; he who begets a wise son will delight in him.
This also comes from the Lord of hosts, Who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance.All this knowledge comes from the Lord of hosts whose counsel is wonderful and whose wisdom is great.
In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.When my anxious thoughts multiplied, your comfort filled my soul with joy.
Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.Preach the message; be persistent in doing so, whether in season or out of season; convince, reprove, and encourage, but with great patience and instruction.
To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.To these God chose to make known how rich is the priceless glory that this mystery brings to the Gentiles—Christ in you, your hope of glory.
I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches.I rejoice in following your statutes more than I would rejoice in endless riches.
Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people.Righteousness is a sign of a nation’s greatness, but sin degrades any people.
Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.See what love the Father has bestowed on us, enabling us to be called the children of God, and that is what we are. If the world does not recognize us, that is because it did not know him.
Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin.Have mercy on me, O God, in accord with your kindness; in your abundant compassion wipe away my offenses. Wash me completely from my guilt, and cleanse me from my sin.
And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”And a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.
Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments.Alleluia. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his precepts.
Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.Fear not, little flock, for your Father has chosen to give you the kingdom.
While you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.Enriched in every way, you will be able to practice all your acts of generosity, which, through our intervention, will result in thanksgiving to God.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.Remain sober and alert, for your enemy the devil is on the prowl like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
