Dear friends, if we don’t feel guilty, we can come to God with bold confidence. Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts. Psalm 119:2	Happy are those who keep his decrees, who seek him with their whole heart. blessing seeking heart

Every word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to him for protection. Proverbs 30:5	Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. truth Word of God protection
And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us. 1 John 4:13	By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. God Spirit nearness
Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. John 6:56	Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them. body blood Jesus
So obey the commands of the Lord your God by walking in his ways and fearing him. Deuteronomy 8:6	Therefore keep the commandments of the Lord your God, by walking in his ways and by fearing him. obedience law awe
But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love. Psalm 33:18	Truly the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love. reliability God awe
The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. Psalm 28:7	The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts; so I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him. trust worship strength
I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death. Philippians 3:10	I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the sharing of his sufferings by becoming like him in his death. suffering Jesus resurrection
The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him. Nahum 1:7	The Lord is good, a stronghold in a day of trouble; he protects those who take refuge in him. protection goodness safety
The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him. Psalm 103:13	As a father has compassion for his children, so the Lord has compassion for those who fear him. love fear Father
Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is. And all who have this eager expectation will keep themselves pure, just as he is pure. 1 John 3:2-3	Beloved, we are God's children now; what we will be has not yet been revealed. What we do know is this: when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him as he is. And all who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure. purification family heaven
Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth. What are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them? Psalm 8:4	What are human beings that you are mindful of them, mortals that you care for them? blessing humility grace
God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:17	Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. salvation Jesus judgment

But when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out; for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take heart, it is I; do not be afraid.”
