| You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. | Dear children, you are from God and you have conquered them, for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. |
| He reveals the deep and secret things. He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him. | He reveals deep and hidden mysteries and knows what lies in the darkness, for light dwells with him. |
