John 10:10 (3/4)

Again he said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.”Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
Then Jesus told him, “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.”Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.
I didn’t know he was the one, but when God sent me to baptize with water, he told me, ‘The one on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’
Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”
Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.”Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.”
Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life.Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.
For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.
He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less.He must become greater; I must become less.
And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life. But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.
For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.
But don’t be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you. For God the Father has given me the seal of his approval.Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.
Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.”Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will live forever; and this bread, which I will offer so the world may live, is my flesh.I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.

I live because of the living Father who sent me; in the same way, anyone who feeds on me will live because of me.Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.
