The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time.Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all.
After saying this, he was taken up into a cloud while they were watching, and they could no longer see him.When he had said these things, as they were looking, he was taken up, and a cloud received him out of their sight.
I cried out, “I am slipping!” but your unfailing love, O Lord, supported me.When I said, “My foot is slipping!” Your loving kindness, Yahweh, held me up.
I have been the Lord your God ever since I brought you out of Egypt. You must acknowledge no God but me, for there is no other savior.Yet I am Yahweh your God from the land of Egypt; and you shall acknowledge no god but me, and besides me there is no savior.
And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.
And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them.Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.
On the last day, the climax of the festival, Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “Anyone who is thirsty may come to me!”Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!”
The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
But he knows where I am going. And when he tests me, I will come out as pure as gold. For I have stayed on God’s paths; I have followed his ways and not turned aside.But he knows the way that I take. When he has tried me, I will come out like gold. My foot has held fast to his steps. I have kept his way, and not turned away.
For I know that as you pray for me and the Spirit of Jesus Christ helps me, this will lead to my deliverance.For I know that this will turn out to my salvation through your prayers and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
Oh, what joy for those whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is put out of sight!Blessed is he whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked so hard to achieve. Be diligent so that you receive your full reward.Watch yourselves, that we don’t lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward.
All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine.He who overcomes will be arrayed in white garments, and I will in no way blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water.
You are my rock and my fortress. For the honor of your name, lead me out of this danger.For you are my rock and my fortress, therefore for your name’s sake lead me and guide me.
Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life.
For God called you to do good, even if it means suffering, just as Christ suffered for you. He is your example, and you must follow in his steps.For you were called to this, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps.
Until at last the Spirit is poured out on us from heaven. Then the wilderness will become a fertile field, and the fertile field will yield bountiful crops.Until the Spirit is poured on us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is considered a forest.
If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. If the other person listens and confesses it, you have won that person back.If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother.
And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them and said, “Each of you drink from it, for this is my blood, which confirms the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice to forgive the sins of many.”He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “All of you drink it, for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.”
Then Jesus shouted, “Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!” And with those words he breathed his last.Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” Having said this, he breathed his last.
The Lord’s home reaches up to the heavens, while its foundation is on the earth. He draws up water from the oceans and pours it down as rain on the land. The Lord is his name!It is he who builds his rooms in the heavens, and has founded his vault on the earth; he who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the surface of the earth—Yahweh is his name.
I have swept away your sins like a cloud. I have scattered your offenses like the morning mist. Oh, return to me, for I have paid the price to set you free.I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.
But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, are only a small village among all the people of Judah. Yet a ruler of Israel, whose origins are in the distant past, will come from you on my behalf.But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, being small among the clans of Judah, out of you one will come out to me who is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings out are from of old, from ancient times.

The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.
