Let go (2/4)

  • Be exalted, God, above the heavens!
Let your glory be above all the earth!
  • But let justice roll on like rivers,
and righteousness like a mighty stream.
  • Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.
  • If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother.
  • Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.
  • In you, Yahweh, I take refuge.
    Let me never be disappointed.
    Deliver me in your righteousness.
  • For,
    “He who would love life
    and see good days,
let him keep his tongue from evil
and his lips from speaking deceit.
Let him turn away from evil and do good.
Let him seek peace and pursue it.”
  • Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”
  • Establish my footsteps in your word.
Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.
  • But to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings. You will go out and leap like calves of the stall.
  • Be exalted, God, above the heavens!
Let your glory be over all the earth.
  • Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.
  • Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
  • You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
  • So then let’s not sleep, as the rest do, but let’s watch and be sober.
  • Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
  • Jesus said to her, “Don’t hold me, for I haven’t yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
  • Then Jesus said, “I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.”
  • He answered them, “He who has two coats, let him give to him who has none. He who has food, let him do likewise.”
  • You didn’t choose me, but I chose you and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatever you will ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you.
  • Sing to Yahweh, for he has done excellent things! Let this be known in all the earth!
  • But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
  • Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.
  • And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful.
  • If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.

Turn back, and tell Hezekiah the prince of my people, ‘Yahweh, the God of David your father, says, “I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you. On the third day, you will go up to Yahweh’s house.”’
