be acceptable in your sight,
Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer. - You are my hiding place and my shield.
I hope in your word. - Yahweh is my strength and my shield.
My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped.
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices.
With my song I will thank him. - For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s.
