- But now, being made free from sin and having become servants of God, you have your fruit of sanctification and the result of eternal life.

- Therefore remove sorrow from your heart,
and put away evil from your flesh;
for youth and the dawn of life are vanity. - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
- Having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which lives and remains forever.
- He who overcomes will be arrayed in white garments, and I will in no way blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
- Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
- However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first, Jesus Christ might display all his patience for an example of those who were going to believe in him for eternal life.
