Psalm 149:4 (2/9)

For who is God except the Lord? And who is a rock besides our God?Indeed, who is God except the Lord? Who is the Rock besides our God?
You have given me the shield of your salvation, and your right hand has supported me; your help has made me great. You gave me a wide place for my steps under me, and my feet did not slip.You have given me the shield of your salvation; your right hand sustains me, and your goodness makes me great. You broadened the path beneath me so that my feet have never stumbled.
The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims his handiwork. Day to day pours forth speech, and night to night declares knowledge.The heavens proclaim the glory of God; the firmament shows forth the work of his hands. One day imparts that message to the next, and night conveys that knowledge to night.
The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the decrees of the Lord are sure, making wise the simple.The law of the Lord is perfect, affording refreshment to the soul. The decree of the Lord is worthy of trust, imparting wisdom to the simple.
The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes.The precepts of the Lord are right, causing the heart to rejoice. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving light to the eyes.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.
May he grant you your heart's desire, and fulfill all your plans.May he give you your heart’s desire and grant you success in all your plans.

One thing I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple.There is only one thing I ask of the Lord, just one thing I seek: to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, so that I may enjoy the beauty of the Lord and gaze on his temple.
I believe that I shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.I am confident that I will behold the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!Place your hope in the Lord: be strong and courageous in your heart, and place your hope in the Lord.
The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts; so I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart places its trust in him. He has helped me, and I exult; then with my song I praise him.
