Psalm 149:4 (5/9)

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me.Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
The sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise. My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.
But surely, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I am not afraid; what can flesh do to me?In God, whose word I praise— in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?
Be exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let your glory be over all the earth.Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
For your steadfast love is as high as the heavens; your faithfulness extends to the clouds. For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
But I will sing of your might; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been a fortress for me and a refuge in the day of my distress. But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.
For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall never be shaken.Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.
For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from him.Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken.Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
On God rests my deliverance and my honor; my mighty rock, my refuge is in God.My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
And steadfast love belongs to you, O Lord. For you repay to all according to their work.“And with you, Lord, is unfailing love”; and, “You reward everyone according to what they have done.”
O God, you are my God, I seek you, my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water. You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.
Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; I will lift up my hands and call on your name.Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.
For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried. For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver.
I cried aloud to him, and he was extolled with my tongue.I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.
May God continue to bless us; let all the ends of the earth revere him.May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.
Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides upon the clouds — his name is the Lord— be exultant before him. Father of orphans and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him—his name is the Lord. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.
God gives the desolate a home to live in; he leads out the prisoners to prosperity, but the rebellious live in a parched land.God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.
Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation. SelahPraise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.
My mouth is filled with your praise, and with your glory all day long.My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.
My lips will shout for joy when I sing praises to you; my soul also, which you have rescued. My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you— I whom you have delivered.

Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire other than you.Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you.
