For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.For: “If anyone wishes to love life and to experience good days, he must restrain his tongue from evil and his lips from deceitful speech. He must turn away from evil and do good, seek peace and pursue it.”
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.Jesus answered, “If it is possible! All things are possible for one who has faith.”
Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.Indeed, persecution will afflict all who want to lead a godly life in Christ Jesus.
Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.Jesus replied, “Amen, amen, I say to you, everyone who sins is a slave of sin.”
Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.God abides in anyone who acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, and that person abides in God.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.They answered, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, and so too will your household.”
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In his great mercy he has given us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.Jesus replied, “This is the work of God: to believe in the one whom he has sent.”
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and man, Christ Jesus, himself a man.
And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews.Above his head was inscribed the charge against him: “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?Who indeed conquers the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?Jesus replied, “Did I not tell you that if you have faith you will see the glory of God?”
But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.When Jesus heard this, he said, “Do not be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be saved.”
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.The one who gives this testimony says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.I press on toward the finishing line to win the heavenly prize to which God has called me in Christ Jesus.
For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.For I resolved that, while I was with you, I would know nothing except Jesus Christ—and him crucified.
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.From that day forward Jesus began to proclaim the message: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is close at hand.”
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.And every tongue should proclaim to the glory of God the Father: Jesus Christ is Lord.
Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.Jesus then said, “I will remain with you only for a short time longer, and then I shall return to him who sent me.”
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Therefore, now that we have been justified by faith, we are at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.For the wages of sin is death, but the gift freely given by God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.“Peace be with you,” Jesus said to them again. “As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.And my God will fully supply all your needs out of the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.Jesus replied, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
