| In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing among the angels of God over one sinner who repents. | In the same way, there is joy in the presence of God’s angels when even one sinner repents. |
| To these God chose to make known how rich is the priceless glory that this mystery brings to the Gentiles—Christ in you, your hope of glory. | For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory. |
| For I know that through your prayers and with the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will result in deliverance for me. | For I know that as you pray for me and the Spirit of Jesus Christ helps me, this will lead to my deliverance. |
