And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; Blessed are all those who wait for Him.Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you; therefore he will rise up to show mercy to you. You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the Lord your God chastens you.Know then in your heart that as a parent disciplines a child so the Lord your God disciplines you.

Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust.Protect me, O God, for in you I take refuge.
And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.Now if you are unwilling to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served in the region beyond the River or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.
Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God.Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.In everything do to others as you would have them do to you; for this is the law and the prophets.
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.Discipline yourselves, keep alert. Like a roaring lion your adversary the devil prowls around, looking for someone to devour.
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

While you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.You will be enriched in every way for your great generosity, which will produce thanksgiving to God through us.
