Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath day.How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.
If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? May it never be! However, I wouldn’t have known sin except through the law. For I wouldn’t have known coveting unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.”What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Then I saw all the labor and achievement that is the envy of a man’s neighbor. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.Again, I considered all travail, and every right work, that for this a man is envied of his neighbour. This is also vanity and vexation of spirit.
So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
It is a snare to a man to make a rash dedication, then later to consider his vows.It is a snare to the man who devoureth that which is holy, and after vows to make enquiry.
Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, then you shall be my own possession from among all peoples; for all the earth is mine.Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine.
God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
You therefore, my child, be strengthened in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Then Job arose, and tore his robe, and shaved his head, and fell down on the ground, and worshiped. He said, “Naked I came out of my mother’s womb, and naked will I return there. Then he said to them, “Go your way. Eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared, for today is holy to our Lord. Don’t be grieved, for the joy of Yahweh is your strength.”Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments, and do them, then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident.Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
Now therefore put away the foreign gods which are among you, and incline your heart to Yahweh, the God of Israel.Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the Lord God of Israel.
So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Those who are in the flesh can’t please God.So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
So you shall know wisdom to be to your soul. If you have found it, then there will be a reward: Your hope will not be cut off.So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.
He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
He said to them, “Are you also without understanding? Don’t you perceive that whatever goes into the man from outside can’t defile him, because it doesn’t go into his heart, but into his stomach, then into the latrine, making all foods clean?”And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him; Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?
Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

Peter opened his mouth and said, “Truly I perceive that God doesn’t show favoritism; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.”Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
