Who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
The Lord watches over the strangers; He relieves the fatherless and widow; But the way of the wicked He turns upside down.The Lord watches over strangers; He supports the fatherless and the widow, But He thwarts the way of the wicked.
But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.But if we hope for what we do not see, through perseverance we wait eagerly for it.
Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.Why are you in despair, my soul? And why are you restless within me? Wait for God, for I will again praise Him For the help of His presence, my God.

“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and put Me to the test now in this,” says the Lord of armies, “if I do not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.”
If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.I did not eat any tasty food, nor did meat or wine enter my mouth, nor did I use any ointment at all until the entire three weeks were completed.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage battle according to the flesh.
For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.For we know that if our earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made by hands, eternal in the heavens.
This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him.The statement is trustworthy: For if we died with Him, we will also live with Him.
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? Far from it! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it, either. If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content.
