One who walks with wise people will be wise, But a companion of fools will suffer harm.Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble.

Do not weary yourself to gain wealth; Stop dwelling on it.Don’t wear yourself out trying to get rich. Be wise enough to know when to quit.
Do not say, “Why is it that the former days were better than these?” For it is not from wisdom that you ask about this.Don’t long for “the good old days.” This is not wise.
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.All honor and glory to God forever and ever! He is the eternal King, the unseen one who never dies; he alone is God. Amen.
Through overconfidence comes nothing but strife, But wisdom is with those who receive counsel.Pride leads to conflict; those who take advice are wise.
So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.
A fool’s anger is known at once, But a prudent person conceals dishonor.A fool is quick-tempered, but a wise person stays calm when insulted.

Turn to my rebuke, Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.Come and listen to my counsel. I’ll share my heart with you and make you wise.
