| For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. | For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. |

| Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Instead, give yourselves completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. | When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long. | When I kept silent, my bones grew old Through my groaning all the day long. |

| Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. | It is better to be godly and have little than to be evil and rich. For the strength of the wicked will be shattered, but the Lord takes care of the godly. | A little that a righteous man has Is better than the riches of many wicked.
