By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised. Hebrews 11:11	And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. faith reward fruitfulness
But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. Galatians 3:22	But Scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe. sin faith promises
Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.
