Even fools who keep silent are considered wise; when they close their lips, they are deemed intelligent.Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.
Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but one who has a hasty temper exalts folly.He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
For in much wisdom is much vexation, and those who increase knowledge increase sorrow.For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.
Happy are those who find wisdom, and those who get understanding.Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

A wise child makes a glad father, but a foolish child is a mother's grief.A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.

A fool despises a parent's instruction, but the one who heeds admonition is prudent.A fool despiseth his father's instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.
