- May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.
- But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
- We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.
- Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.
- To this he called you through our gospel, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The hope of the righteous brings joy,
but the expectation of the wicked will perish. Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.Next verse! With image
