Ecclesiastes 10 - NKJV & NRSV

The words of a wise man’s mouth are gracious, But the lips of a fool shall swallow him up.

Words spoken by the wise bring them favor, but the lips of fools consume them.

Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering.
