Forgiveness (2/2)

But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
But in your great mercy you did not put an end to them or abandon them, for you are a gracious and merciful God.Nevertheless in your manifold mercies you didn’t make a full end of them, nor forsake them; for you are a gracious and merciful God.
For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness. I will remember their sins and lawless deeds no more.
Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.Blessed is he whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.”When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.”
For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.Who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love, in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins.
“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”“Come now, and let’s reason together,” says Yahweh: “Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in that which is to come.
And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.He will again have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot. You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.

Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “All of you drink it, for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.”
In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.According to the law, nearly everything is cleansed with blood, and apart from shedding of blood there is no remission.
All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.All the prophets testify about him, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive remission of sins.
