| God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should repent. Has he said, and he won’t do it? | Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance. | Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. |
| The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God. | The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. |
| God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them. | So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. |
