He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.The one who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, “Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all.”He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “Whoever wants to be first must be last of all and servant of all.”
Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.I am confident of this, that the one who began a good work among you will bring it to completion by the day of Jesus Christ.
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man.Blessed are you when people hate you, and when they exclude you, revile you, and defame you on account of the Son of Man.
I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death.I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the sharing of his sufferings by becoming like him in his death.
While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud overshadowed them, and from the cloud a voice said, “This is my Son, the Beloved; with him I am well pleased; listen to him!”
Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit; keep yourselves in the love of God; look forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.
If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love.If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.I press on toward the goal for the prize of the heavenly call of God in Christ Jesus.
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.For I handed on to you as of first importance what I in turn had received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures, and that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures.
So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.So, if they say to you, ‘Look! He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look! He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne.To the one who conquers I will give a place with me on my throne, just as I myself conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.
You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am.You call me Teacher and Lord—and you are right, for that is what I am.
God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.You then, my child, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies also through his Spirit that dwells in you.
For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ.For just as the sufferings of Christ are abundant for us, so also our consolation is abundant through Christ.
I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.
Then he said to them, “Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest.”And said to them, “Whoever welcomes this child in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me; for the least among all of you is the greatest.”
As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father.Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you will abide in the Son and in the Father.
Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.

That God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.That is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us.
