- It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed,
because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning:
great is thy faithfulness. - The Lord is my portion, saith my soul;
therefore will I hope in him. - Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord.
And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God.Next verse!With image
