Realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person… 1 Timothy 1:9-11

Realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and worldly, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for the sexually immoral, homosexuals, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching, according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, with which I have been entrusted. 1 Timothy 1:9-11	Recognizing that laws are not designed for the upright. They are for the lawless and insubordinate, for the godless and sinful, for the unholy and irreligious; they are for those who slay their fathers and mothers, for murderers, for those who are fornicators, sodomites, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and for whatever else is contrary to the sound teaching that conforms to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which has been entrusted to me. sin sexuality slavery
If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments so as to carry them out, then I shall give you rains in their season, so that the land will yield its produce and the trees of the field will bear their fruit. Leviticus 26:3-4	Follow my statutes and keep my commandments and obey them. Then I will give you rain in its proper season and the yield of the land shall increase and the trees of the field shall bear their fruit. obedience blessing harvest

And it will be righteousness for us if we are careful to follow all this commandment before the Lord our God, just as He commanded us. Deuteronomy 6:25	If we are diligent in observing all of these commandments before the Lord, our God, as he commanded of us, then this will be our righteousness. obedience righteousness
You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male slave, or his female slave, or his ox, or his donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor. One who turns his ear away from listening to the Law, Even his prayer is an abomination. Proverbs 28:9	When anyone turns a deaf ear to the law, even his prayer is detestable. prayer obedience listening
Therefore, you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him. Deuteronomy 8:6	Therefore, observe the commandments of the Lord, your God. Walk in his ways and fear him. obedience awe following
And almost all things are cleansed with blood, according to the Law, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. Hebrews 9:22	Indeed, under the Law almost everything is purified by blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. blood forgiveness sin
I delight to do Your will, my God; Your Law is within my heart. Psalm 40:8	To do your will, O God, is my delight; your law is in my heart. obedience heart
So the Lord commanded us to follow all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God for our own good always and for our survival, as it is today. Deuteronomy 6:24	The Lord commanded us to observe all of these statutes and to fear the Lord, our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, even as we are today. obedience blessing
