Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him. | Do not lie to one another, since you stripped off the old self with its evil practices, and have put on the new self, which is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created it. |
| Instead, let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the Lord. | Let’s examine and search out our ways, And let’s return to the Lord. |
| But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants. | But the one who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds will be revealed as having been performed in God. |
