Praise (2/2)

I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.I will give thanks to You with uprightness of heart, When I learn Your righteous judgments.
At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.”Then Job got up, tore his robe, and shaved his head; then he fell to the ground and worshiped. He said, “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, And naked I shall return there. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord.”
I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors: You have given me wisdom and power, you have made known to me what we asked of you, you have made known to us the dream of the king.To You, God of my fathers, I give thanks and praise, For You have given me wisdom and power; Even now You have made known to me what we requested of You, For You have made known to us the king’s matter.
Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.From the same mouth come both blessing and cursing. My brothers and sisters, these things should not be this way.
The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.And the shepherds went back, glorifying and praising God for all that they had heard and seen, just as had been told them.
