Bible Verses about Reconciliation

That God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.
Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.
If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. If the other person listens and confesses it, you have won that person back.
Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord. Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away.
For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! For since our friendship with God was restored by the death of his Son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be saved through the life of his Son.
Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.
Help us, God our Savior, for the glory of your name; deliver us and forgive our sins for your name’s sake.Help us, O God of our salvation! Help us for the glory of your name. Save us and forgive our sins for the honor of your name.
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world.
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him.
