Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law.
