Bible Verses about '1 Corinthians 7:3'

Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. The husband should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and likewise the wife to her husband. For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. Likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.
Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband.
Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one. Therefore, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that “an idol has no real existence,” and that “there is no God but one.”
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.Yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.
And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.
But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.“All things are lawful,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful,” but not all things build up.
Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor.
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil.Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful.
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. It does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.
For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.
Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.Wake up from your drunken stupor, as is right, and do not go on sinning. For some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.

The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
