Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.
A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

Better is a neighbor who is near than a brother who is far away.

Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.God settles the solitary in a home; he leads out the prisoners to prosperity, but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.
