Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools suffers harm.One who walks with wise people will be wise, But a companion of fools will suffer harm.
And the rib that the Lord God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; this one shall be called Woman, for out of Man this one was taken.” Therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and clings to his wife, and they become one flesh.And the Lord God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. Then the man said, “At last this is bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called ‘woman,’ Because she was taken out of man.” For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.
He called the crowd with his disciples, and said to them, “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.”And He summoned the crowd together with His disciples, and said to them, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.”
For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence, but through love become slaves to one another.For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.
So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up.Let’s not become discouraged in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not become weary.
You who want to be justified by the law have cut yourselves off from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.You have been severed from Christ, you who are seeking to be justified by the Law; you have fallen from grace.
But as for you, teach what is consistent with sound doctrine.But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for sound doctrine.
If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I am commanding you today, by loving the Lord your God, walking in his ways, and observing his commandments, decrees, and ordinances, then you shall live and become numerous, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess.In that I am commanding you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, so that you may live and become numerous, and that the Lord your God may bless you in the land where you are entering to take possession of it.
Do all things without murmuring and arguing, so that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine like stars in the world. It is by your holding fast to the word of life.Do all things without complaining or arguments; so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world, holding firmly the word of life.
When you realize your guilt in any of these, you shall confess the sin that you have committed.So it shall be when he becomes guilty of one of these things, that he shall confess that in which he has sinned.
Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your doings from before my eyes; cease to do evil.Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil.

But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.Yet those who wait for the Lord Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.
You must understand this, my beloved: let everyone be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger.You know this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Now everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.

Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have stripped off the old self with its practices and have clothed yourselves with the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge according to the image of its creator.Do not lie to one another, since you stripped off the old self with its evil practices, and have put on the new self, which is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created it.
Repent and turn from all your transgressions; otherwise iniquity will be your ruin.Repent and turn away from all your offenses, so that wrongdoing does not become a stumbling block to you.
No longer present your members to sin as instruments of wickedness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and present your members to God as instruments of righteousness.And do not go on presenting the parts of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead, and your body’s parts as instruments of righteousness for God.

Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and never treat them harshly.Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not become bitter against them.
