Bible【theonebb.com】【bibletheone.com】the one bible study what is faith (3/4)

If you listen to the voice of the Lord, your God, and you do what is right in his sight, if you listen to his ordinances and observe all of his laws, I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.
Therefore, do not allow anyone to pass judgment on you in regard to what you eat or drink, or about the observance of Festivals, New Moons, or Sabbaths. These are only a shadow of what is to come. The reality is Christ.Let no one therefore judge you in eating or drinking, or with respect to a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day, which are a shadow of the things to come; but the body is Christ’s.
And whoever does not provide for relatives, especially for those who are living with him, has disowned the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
But without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever comes to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.
Do not love the world or what is in the world. If anyone does love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him.
What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his very life? Or what can he give in exchange for his life? For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life?
But who am I, and what are your people, that we should be able to do this? All things belong to you, and everything that we have given you is from your hand. But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from you, and we have given you of your own.
Therefore, while we have the opportunity, let us labor for the good of all, but especially for those members of the household of the faith. So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.
Prepare in advance what you want to say, and return to the Lord. Say to him, “Take away all guilt and give us what is good, so that we may present as offerings the bullocks from our stalls.”Take words with you, and return to Yahweh. Tell him, “Forgive all our sins, and accept that which is good; so we offer bulls as we vowed of our lips.”
Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you? If he is not, then you have failed the test.Examine your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don’t you know about your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.
We have sinned and done what is wrong, we have acted wickedly and rebelled, we have rejected your commandments and your laws.We have sinned, and have dealt perversely, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even turning aside from your precepts and from your ordinances.
The love of money is the root of all evils, and in their desire for it some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many serious wounds. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
But as for you, man of God, you must shun all this. Rather, pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, fortitude, and gentleness. But you, man of God, flee these things, and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.
Jesus said to him, “Go on your way! Your faith has made you well.” Immediately, he received his sight and followed him along the road.Jesus said to him, “Go your way. Your faith has made you well.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the way.
Jesus answered them, “Amen, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to this fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be accomplished.”Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done.”
He answered, “Because you have such little faith. Amen, I say to you, if you have faith as tiny as a mustard seed, you will be able to say to this mountain: ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”He said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
Therefore, heed my words. Do not be concerned about your life and what you will have to eat or drink, or about your body and what you will wear. Surely life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
Do not be concerned about your life and what you will have to eat, or about your body and what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.Don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.
By faith Abraham also received the power of procreation, even though he was well past the age—and Sarah herself was barren—because he believed that the one who had made the promise would be faithful in fulfilling it.By faith even Sarah herself received power to conceive, and she bore a child when she was past age, since she counted him faithful who had promised.
Fight the good fight of faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your noble confession of faith in the presence of many witnesses.Fight the good fight of faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you confessed the good confession in the sight of many witnesses.
What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
However, whoever lives by the truth comes to the light so that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been done in God.But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God.
I am coming soon. Hold fast to what you already have so that no one may rob you of your crown.I am coming quickly! Hold firmly that which you have, so that no one takes your crown.
With the Lord to protect me I am not afraid. What can mortals do to me?Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
There is one body and one Spirit, as well as one hope to which you have been called by your vocation. There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling.

Now an intermediary is not necessary when there is only one party, and God is one.Now a mediator is not between one, but God is one.
