Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.Rather, put on the Lord Jesus Christ and allow no opportunity for the flesh to gratify its sinful desires.

Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.”Jesus said, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.”
He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.It was for this purpose that he called you through our gospel so that you might come to share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.The one who gives this testimony says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.I press on toward the finishing line to win the heavenly prize to which God has called me in Christ Jesus.

We who are Jews by birth and not sinful Gentiles know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “I am with you for only a short time, and then I am going to the one who sent me.”Jesus then said, “I will remain with you only for a short time longer, and then I shall return to him who sent me.”
Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”Jesus answered them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”
For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.For I resolved that, while I was with you, I would know nothing except Jesus Christ—and him crucified.
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation to know him.
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”Jesus replied, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.And eternal life is this: to know you, the only true God, and the one you have sent, Jesus Christ.
Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.”Paul said, “John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in the one who was to come after him, that is, Jesus.”
God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful, and it is by him that you have been called into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Therefore, now that we have been justified by faith, we are at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
