Bible Verses about 'Covereth'
- Hatred stirs up conflict,
but love covers over all wrongs. - Fools show their annoyance at once,
but the prudent overlook an insult. - Blessings crown the head of the righteous,
but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked. - Whoever would foster love covers over an offense,
but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends. - Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper,
but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. - No one lights a lamp and hides it in a clay jar or puts it under a bed. Instead, they put it on a stand, so that those who come in can see the light.

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
